Photos and drafts

Photos and audio selected in the video form stay in your browser tab. They are not uploaded by the preview. The form saves text and settings in browser session storage so you can return to your draft in the same tab. Closing the tab removes this draft; selected files may need to be selected again after refresh or navigation.

Starting generation

When solo generation is available, clicking the create button uploads your portrait to private Cloudflare R2 storage and sends a temporary image link, your topic and the generation instructions to SeeAPI to generate the video. Your uploads and results are not published in a public gallery by this site. SeeAPI processes the request under its data handling policy.

We store the task, its credit record and the completed video so you can return to your account to check progress, play the video and download it. Input portraits in our storage are cleaned up after a task completes or fails. The temporary image link expires within one day. Completed videos remain in private account storage; contact the site operator through account support for removal.

Deleting the original portrait or expiring its link does not delete copies already retrieved by SeeAPI. SeeAPI currently lists no scheduled automatic expiry for stored input files, output files or task information. Requests to remove those records must go through its support team, as described in its data handling policy.

If you choose to use the account pages, the site stores the account and session information needed to provide sign-in. Do not submit photos or audio you do not have permission to use.

Google sign-in

When you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your account identifier, name, email address and profile image with us. We use this information to create or identify your RapVideo AI account and maintain your sign-in session.

Account emails

We use Resend to deliver account emails, including email verification and password reset messages. To deliver these messages, Resend processes the recipient address and message content, including temporary action links. See Resend's privacy policy.

Analytics and service support

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and actions such as playing a sample, selecting a photo, starting generation and opening checkout. Microsoft Clarity helps us review clicks, scrolling and interactions on public product pages. Local previews and administrator pages are excluded. Photo uploads, topic inputs and private result areas are masked in recordings. We do not send photo files, complete topics, generated videos or private storage links as analytics event properties.

We keep task status, timing, credit charges, refunds and confirmed payments in our own service records to operate and troubleshoot the product. Authorized administrators may preview saved videos to investigate delivery or support issues; preview access is recorded. Your results are not published or used in a public gallery without your permission.
